Creating content your sales team actually sends to prospects
Turn repeated sales questions into useful resources with clear ownership, distribution guidance and evidence standards.
By Muntery Strategic

Start with a conversation inventory
Collect the questions prospects ask before meetings, during evaluation and after receiving a proposal. Use lawful, appropriately handled notes and remove confidential information before turning a conversation into a content brief.
Group questions by the decision they support rather than by broad keywords alone. A prospect asking what access an agency needs has a different immediate need from someone comparing an internal hire with an external provider.
Choose a format that makes the decision easier
Use a short guide for explanation, a worksheet for preparation and a comparison framework for evaluating alternatives. Not every question requires a long article, and a focused resource can be easier to share within a buying group.
Write the scope, limitations and assumptions explicitly, especially when discussing cost or expected outcomes. Use approved evidence and real sources rather than disguising a hypothetical example as a customer result.
- Buyer question and evaluation stage
- Decision the resource should support
- Appropriate format and useful output
- Evidence, permissions and limitations
- Content owner and next review date
Make the resource easy for sales to use
Store each approved resource with a short note explaining who it helps and when to send it. Include a suggested introduction that connects it to the prospect's question rather than a generic instruction to read your latest blog.
Keep public resources useful without a salesperson present by defining terms and making the next step clear. A buyer should be able to forward the page internally without losing the context needed to understand it.
Review usefulness, not just page views
Ask sales which resources answer questions effectively and which require repeated clarification. Track usage and prospect feedback alongside visits, since a narrowly useful implementation checklist may receive little search traffic while still supporting evaluation.
Do not attribute a won deal to an article simply because the link appeared in an email. Record how the content was used, update recurring gaps and retire outdated versions so the team does not send conflicting information.
